Guaranteed First-Class Consumables Supply Chain for Uninterrupted Factory Operations.
Early Detection of Filtration Performance Decline:
Filtration components have a finite operational lifespan and will eventually saturate over time from trapping pollutants. Your operations team must remain alert if the system begins showing telltale signs, such as a drop in treated water output volume, a sharp increase in differential pressure (pressure drop) across the pre- and post-filter pressure gauges, or a sudden spike in online monitoring parameters (such as EC or TDS). When these indicators occur, your filter media has degraded and requires immediate replacement to protect downstream equipment.
Estimated Periodic Replacement Schedules (Under Normal Conditions):
To maintain maximum filtration efficiency and prevent cross-contamination, we recommend the following periodic replacement cycles:
- Filter Cartridges : Replacement required every 1 to 2 months to serve as the critical first line of defense in microfiltration.
- RO Membranes & Filter Media : Replaced approximately once a year to preserve salt rejection efficiency.
- Ion Exchange Resin (Cation/Anion) : Replacement schedule is dynamically adjusted based on the hardness level of your local raw water supply.
Premium Blend of Proprietary Domestic Parts & Elite Imported Consumables:
We are dedicated to eliminating factory downtime by ensuring that all consumable parts are permanently kept in stock at our warehouse. PT Shengjie Jaya Indonesia proudly utilizes our own proprietary brand of Reverse Osmosis (RO) membranes manufactured directly in Indonesia, ensuring optimal compatibility with local water profiles. For other crucial elements—such as filter cartridges, media (silica sand, activated carbon), and ion-exchange resins—we import directly from top-tier global manufacturers in China, ensuring first-class certified quality.
