Terms & Conditions of PT Nusa Water Treatment

This document governs commercial transactions, engineering specifications, operational liabilities, and equipment warranties.

Welcome to PT Nusa Water Treatment.

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of industrial water treatment solutions, the sale of purification units, spare parts, and filtration components by the Company to the Customer.

1. Scope of Services & Formal Transactions.

  • Separate Contracts: All formal transactions for the procurement of industrial equipment (such as Reverse Osmosis systems, Ultrafiltration systems, and Pressure Vessels) must be executed through a separate written Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) or an official Purchase Order (PO).
  • Price Estimations: Any preliminary cost estimates or configurations provided through digital platforms are non-binding and subject to change prior to the execution of a formal written contract.

2. Engineering Design & Raw Water Liability.

  • Dependency on Customer Data: Custom water filtration systems are engineered and configured entirely based on the raw water characteristics data provided by the Customer.
  • Performance Disclaimer: The Company shall not be held liable for any system performance degradation or premature membrane clogging if the water samples provided by the Customer are inaccurate, or if the chemical/physical attributes of the source water at the installation site change naturally over time without a re-evaluation by our laboratory team.

3. Equipment & Component Warranties

  • Warranty Scope: Mechanical warranties for high-pressure pumps, automation control panels, or steel vessels are governed strictly by the clauses stated within the official Handover Certificate.
  • Consumable Elements: Consumable components—including quartz sand media, activated carbon, softening resins, filter cartridges, and UV lamps—are excluded from standard extended warranties if damage or exhaustion occurs due to normal operational wear and tear at the Customer’s facility.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any commercial disputes, maintenance disagreements, or engineering system malfunctions shall first be settled through amicable mutual consultation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Tangerang (Pengadilan Negeri Tangerang).
